Lieu Dit Proprietary White 'Blanc De Mer' Santa Barbara County 202450% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chenin Blanc  sourced from top vineyard sites throughout Santa Barbara County. Once pressed, the grapes are vinified separately and fermented with native yeast. The wines are then aged in a variety of neutral oak and stainless steel then blended in tank before bottling.
