Matured in 50% First fill ex American whisky casks. 50% Second fill wine casks for 5 years. Nose Aromas of hot, sweet mash are unmistakable on the nose. This soft, biscuity malt is followed by peat smoke and an assortment of sweet, stoned fruits, with ripe apricots, peach and honey drizzled pears. Candied lemon peels add a hint of citrus, balanced with butterscotch, honeycomb,

rich flavour full of oak

This Distillery Edition is aged in the finest traditional oak casks for a distinctive smooth and easy-drinking speyside single malt

The result is a lusciously fruity and charmingly earthy old Petite Champagne cognac that tastes like pipes

Aged in American White Oak barrels coated in the deepest alligator char

especially with lemonade

The abiding sensation is pleasing and harmonious

raisins and a suspicion of chocolate orange
