Filaments Bedrock Vineyard Merlot Sonoma Valley CA 2021Tasting Notes: Black cherry and black plum deepen into cassis and fig, edged by cocoa, cedar and graphite. Supple yet energetic, the palate shows savory bay, espresso and violet. Fine, gripping tannins and refreshing acidity carry a long, mineral tinged, dark chocolate finish, lingering. Composition: 100% Merlot Pair with: Herb Crusted Lamb Chops, Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye Steak, Porcini Mushroom Risotto Hold Time: Now2029 Alcohol by Volume: 13. 7%

The mouthfeel of this wine expresses itself with chewy layers of spice-dusted blackberries

" Stephen's wines have been favorites of CWC members for years and this vintage is no exception

Hold Time: The wine has noticeable tannins that may benefit from additional aging

Notes of black plum and cranberry are met with black pepper

Tasting Notes: Deep aromas of cranberry sauce

cassis and ripe plum layered with mocha

It's restrained but still shows density with freshness and age-worthy structure leading to a persistent finish

Final Blend: 100% Raboso Piave

showcasing forest floor and savory spice while highlighting the juicy berries and bright acidity

Seared Lemon-Garlic Shrimp

Pair with: Slow-Braised Beef Short Ribs
