Description

Drive Wines Canihan Vineyard Syrah Sonoma Coast CA 2021Tasting Notes: Red cherry, blackberry and plum burst with violet, cracked pepper and cured meat. Lithe yet persistent, the palate layers cranberry, black tea and olive tapenade over stony minerality. Fresh acidity and silky, chalky tannins carry a long, savory, smoky finish. Composition: 94% Syrah, 6% Viognier Pair with: Charcoal Grilled Skirt Steak, Herb Roasted Chicken, Wild Mushroom And Gruyre Tart Hold Time: Now2037 Alcohol by Volume: 13. 3%
