Description

Jaipur Bloom Placemat with Scalloped EdgeScalloped edge cotton canvas placemats featuring Rosanna's signature block print of bougainvillea and roses. They will add joy to the simplest setting just as good at the breakfast table as with the full family of linens at a dinner party. Each began with a floral design drawn by Rosanna which was then cut into a wooden block ready to be stamped onto cotton by the supremely talented craftsmen of Jaipur. Due to the hand crafted nature of block

they style beautifully with many of our printed tablecloths

no two cushions will be quite the same

This design was then traced

The tablecloth is white in the middle with roses falling through the hem

Rosanna drew the peonies by hand

greens and lilac

Size: 38cm diameter

Finished with a scalloped trim

piped edge and a quilted design all give a luxurious finish

The border is finished with roses and a bold stripe

delicate touch required to carve the motifs from teak or pear wood

Whichever way it is turned
