Immortal Estate 2023 Rosé, Napa ValleyRare new Ros from Immortal Estate. Limited. 91 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "The Immortal Estate 2023 Rose is a blend of Grenache, Mourvdre, and Rolle and displays a pale silver salmon color. Fermented in neutral barrel and puncheon, it saw eight months on the lees. The nose is approachable and fresh with aromas of wild strawberries, orange sherbet, and citrus blossoms. Its zesty and refreshing on the palate, with a bright citrus drive, a medium bodied

Whether this generosity represents a rare glimpse of the softer side of this site or the future expression of these old vines

I like the subtlety here

and have been a noted producer of Napa Valley wines ever since

There was also an exception in the Panquehue zone where the Seña vines are

Later they added Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to their portfolio

stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the winemaking

"a mineral vein reminiscent of wet stone provides structure for the fruit and floral components

grainy tannins and plenty of freshness

95 Points Robert Parker: "Blended of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc

Crème de cassis

Silky and intense bouquet

and hints of flowers all define the bouquet
