Description

BOOMSMA YOUNG GENEVER GINJonge jenever has a flavor profile akin to neutral vodka, with a trace of juniper and malt wine present. Oude jenever, on the other hand, is smoother and more aromatic, and boasts malty notes. In some cases, oude jenever is aged in wood; this adds smoky and woody flavor elements, giving a similarity to whisky.
