Zedist Montana | OriginalMy first piece ever painted plein air style out on my friends ranch in Meyers Creek, Montana. That is the Absaroka range of the Rocky Mountains off in the distance. I love how the purple sun rays appear as traversing across the sky and onto the land. I used an old scrap board I found in the barn and the paints were picked up at a local discount market on the way out to the ranch.
