Description

MINA REAL MEZCAL REPOSADOMina Real Reposado is crafted with Espadin agave from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, which is grown over 4,800 feet above sea level. Following harvest, the agave is roasted in a cantera limestone kiln, shredded, fermented in 1,400 litre wooden vats with natural yeasts, and distilled twice in small clay pot stills. The finished product is aged for four months in ex brandy American white oak barrels before bottling. Mina Real Mezcal.
