As there are countless meditation techniques in existence stemming from a multitude of traditions

and expected to log 15 teaching hours prior to the YFL Part 3

and/or group teaching

we will be taught how to support this journey physically

as Restorative Yoga teachers

Each class combines Meditation and Yoga Philosophy discussion

We will also discuss multiple modalities for dealing with chronic pain – a major issue with this age group

We will cover ways of working with children to maximize health and well-being while respecting the limitations of their bodies
