Description

Jean Vesselle, Champagne Brut Réserve à Bouzy, France NV

dry finish with very supple tannin

Its solar character is offset beautifully by a cool

it is fantastic as an aperitif

a weighty mouthfeel with intense although refined flavors finishes with a crisp acidity

or give it a year to broaden out in bottle

but has enough density and chewy flesh to age for up to a decade

the premier spirits competition in the world

Each varietal is fermented and aged separately

The grapes are crushed and are then fermented in stainless steel for almost two weeks after which the wine is racked into oak barrels and “botti” for one year prior to bottling

the flora and the sloping vineyards give the grapes their exceptional character

as well as vanilla sponge and marzipan that demonstrate the softer side of this whisky

Long powerful finish
