1 1/2 Inch Collead, Lead and Martingale CollarA combination lead and martingale collar made with 1 1 2 inch wide Mil Spec web for the collar and 1 inch Heavy Weight web for the entire leash from handle to clip for strength. The Collar portion has decorative ribbon with coordinating leather lining. The leather lined collar section is available in 11 inch to 16 inch lengths in 1 inch increments.
