Blackbird Vineyards "Contrarian" Proprietary Red Blend Napa Valley CA 2019Tasting Notes: Expressive aromas of tobacco, cedar, coffee, and black licorice lead into a dense palate of plum, black cherry, and truffle. The texture is rich and elegant, finishing with plush tannins, dark fruit, and lingering notes of spice and earth. 93 Points, James Suckling Composition: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc, 1% Merlot Pair with: Grilled Ribeye Steak, Braised Lamb Shank, Aged Manchego Cheese Hold Time: 20192035 Alcohol by
