Description

Irish Cream Tres LechesTres Leches which means 'Three Milks' is a traditional Latin American cake, soaked in whole, condensed, and evaporated milk. We've given ours an Irish twist by swapping the whole milk for Irish Cream Liqueur and topping it with a silky buttercream. As a finishing touch, it's sprinkled with roasted pistachio crumb and pumpkin seeds for that added bit of texture.

Crammed full of super-luxury ingredients

This cake takes centre stage as the prima-ballerina of your cake counter

Serve as is or unleash its full pudding potential and warm through with a scoop of clotted cream or a drizzle of custard

Our Rarebit mixture is filled with sharp cheddar cheese

we've brought it back

We've taken a plant-based orange-scented muffin and filled the centre with a sweet strawberry jam infused with Alchemy's cucumber and mint iced tea syrup

Deliciously dense almond frangipane is studded with nutty pockets of pistachios and baked with jammy halved apricots and blitzed almonds

maple syrup and sea salt torte is packed with big chunks of white chocolate throughout

We've taken a moist ginger and orange-infused almond sponge and studded it with dark chocolate chips for added bite

On top of this super light yet moist sponge we've hand-piped a perfect swirl of sweet and creamy whipped white chocolate ganache and topped with a perfectly punchy passionfruit gel

Topped with dark chocolate and toasted coconut flakes

We've taken crisp and flaky croissant dough and masterfully twirled it into a perfect muffin shape
