Description

Zephyr, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 2023Very pale straw with a slight green hue. On the nose, ginger, green apple and crisp highlights of lime. Citrus focussed palate with quenching acidity and varietal elegance. Delicious with scallops, summer salads, Thai food, prosciutto and soft goats cheeses. No oak. Machine harvested whilst cold, and quickly pressed off skins with free run juice kept separate. This then undergoes a cool ferment with selected Blanc yeasts to ensure the wines are true

It is cellar aged for twice as long as required by appellation regulations

Dow’s Vintage Ports are only produced in years of exceptional quality and represent only a very small part of the total company’s production in that year

unique in its uninhibited expression of the smells and flavors of the appellation

where it underwent malo-lactic fermentation

It is showing intense red and black fruit driven by aromas of strawberry

Long and satisfying

thus retaining maximum flavour

flowers and a hint of smoky herbs

for the most part

which takes 80 hours to complete (and is double the industry standard)

The core of Realm Cellars Farella Cabernet comes from a high point in the vineyard
