This wine is made exclusively from 100% Sangiovese di Romagna, which truly reflects the region's winemaking excellence. The vineyards, planted in 1968 at 150 meters above sea level, have sandy clay soil with a gravel texture. After a 12 day maceration and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine ages in Allier barriques for six

particularly in its dry incarnation
