Kilchoman Sanaig Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700mL)A superb expression from Islay's Farm Distillery. This has been aged in a combination of ex Bourbon and former Sherry casks. The whisky can be seen as the reverse of Kilchoman's flagship Machir Bay bottling which is matured in mostly Bourbon cask with a touch of Sherry. Sanaig has been aged in 70% Sherry casks and 30% Bourbon barrels, ensuring a profile of sweet oak and smoked fruits.

Here it is diluted down to bottling strength with the crystal clear water of the Tottori volcanic springs
