I.C.S. Chamba 1887-98 2a dull blue Official error, SGO4aIndian Convention States Chamba 1887 98 2a dull blue Official, error "CHMABA", SGO4a. A fine mint example with fresh original gum, with small fault at foot. The error occurred only once per sheet in the July 1891 printing. Only 17 examples are recorded, with one used and another in the Royal Philatelic Collection. A very rare and visually appealing overprint error. SG Catalogue Value: 1,700.
