Description

Riphil Blonde - (pack de 4x330ml)Blonde beer from Geneva

Grappa Riserva is a certified organic grape marc brandy

Introduced in Abruzzo at the beginning of the 19th century

the Sangiovese grapes are the same that the estate uses for its Chianti Classico

The grapes then spend the next four weeks macerating on the skins

Also a very high quality table wine

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats of 75 to 100 hectoliters for about 10 days while keeping the skins of the grapes

fresh and mineral with a good length while being soft in its structure

The unpressed grape peels of this noble variety sourced from South Tyrol's most renowned wine producers were gently distilled in small water bath alembics by our master distiller in autumn 2012

after a few hours of skin contact

capable of being immediately appreciated

Goes perfectly with pasta dishes

Only 60% of the must resulting from this first pressing is used
